A wholesale property is purchased by an investor who usually rehabs the property in order to add value, but still sells the property for a lower (off-market) price. Wholesale properties are not listed on the MLS.

We are general contractors who buy distressed properties on a regular basis. Your home does not need to be in perfect condition. We actually enjoy the renovation process of every home so let that be our stress instead of yours!
